My E Ride Online, in store and Click & Collect Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through My E Ride. All returns & exchanges of purchases made from My E Ride must be returned to your point of purchase or collection.

My E Ride have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original accessories including the owner’s manual.

My E Ride do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

You the customer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping must include Insurance and all costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email and include the following information:

  • Your original sales invoice number.
  • The item or items you wish to return or exchange.
  • Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive a reply.

Returns that have not been approved will NOT be accepted.

Regarding a refund for returned items. This will only be completed once the item has been received and fully inspected by My E Ride. If the item is deemed to be in its original condition with all original items returned, My E Ride will then initiate the refund.

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and include insurance, freight details, as well as a consignment number, to ensure a safe return. My E Ride will not be responsible in any way for missing or damaged deliveries.
