My E Ride Online, in store and Click & Collect Returns & Refunds
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through My E Ride. All returns & exchanges of purchases made from My E Ride must be returned to your point of purchase or collection.
My E Ride have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original accessories including the owner’s manual.
My E Ride do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
To request a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Your original sales invoice number.
- The item or items you wish to return or exchange.
- Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund
PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive a reply.
Returns that have not been approved will NOT be accepted.
Regarding a refund for returned items. This will only be completed once the item has been received and fully inspected by My E Ride. If the item is deemed to be in its original condition with all original items returned, My E Ride will then initiate the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to provide a refund into a nominated Bank account. You will need to provide the following information.
Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and include insurance, freight details, as well as a consignment number, to ensure a safe return. My E Ride will not be responsible in any way for missing or damaged deliveries.
