Martin made this a really easy process. We live on a yacht and after lots of research and checking reviews we found that the ideal e-bikes for us where the Carbo X. We bought 2 and had them delivered to Perth where I checked them into a flight back to Singapore. Martin provided the tax invoice with my passport number on and we claimed the GST back at the airport. More than covered the cost of the excess baggage. Had to ship the batterries by DG Air Freight as to high a wph for carry on. The bikes themselves are truly amazing. so well balanced beutifully engineered and so easy to ride even without the battery assist! Thanks you Martin and team at My E Ride. I cannot praise you or the bikes enough

Carbo Model X folding E-Bike
We recently tested the Carbo Model X folding E-Bike and were so impressed that we ordered 2 bikes on the day! The bike is top quality in design & finish, very lightweight, so easy to balance especially when doing tight turns. We are particularly impressed with the hydraulic bakes and the carbon fiber belt being so uncluttered & a clean look. Martin does offer a first-class service that we even got our bikes delivered to us personally. His response to any queries is handled with ease and clarity.
